Robert John Harrison, age 52.

Rob is the Manager of a Liquor Retailer in Christchurch, New Zealand. He has been married for 20 years and has two sons, one at home engaged in Tertiary Study and another in Wellington who is a freelance performance artist. Rob enjoys travel, sport, theatre, food and wine.

What makes you laugh?

Day to day life. Stories expressed cleverly, whimsical moments.

When did you last cry?

Yesterday (the day is early). I believe emotional honesty shows my integrity.

What’s your earliest memory?

Watching the launch of Apollo 11 on TV. I didn't really understand what was happening but I knew it was important to those around me.

Describe what ‘love’ means to you.

Love is a verb. If you want more love... be more loving. So, giving yourself to others.

What makes you unique to everyone else on this planet?

The combination of spirit, traits and characteristics that make me who I am.

Who or what has made the greatest impact on your life?

My mum. No one else has taught me more about how to behave. And how not to!

Any regrets?

There's no point. Looking back is only useful as a reference for how to look forward.
